The hotel was in a MARVELLOUS location, convenient to those attractions. And we were just next door to New Orleans. Regarding service, it was courteous with a shuttle around the local areas. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

Room was nice, staff polite. Smell issue and slow drain reported, but no resolution given. Clean room, comfy beds, enjoyed breakfast. Coffee and water available 24/7. Pool and exercise facilities were great. Friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding decor. Memorable manager and buffet lady. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I did not like the maid knocking on the door and rushing be out for 11:00 A.M. I thought check out time was 12:00.

Last time I stopped, had a nice size and luxurious room with the extra amenities. The location of this hotel short walk to those attractions, Close to restaurants, and several schools and many restaurants was particularly good and excellent.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a very very nice area, near many restaurants, several schools and many restaurants, and Houma, Louisiana. We got a room with bathtubs. Private bathroom was clean.

I must say, the decor in this hotel is absolutely outstanding! As an interior decorator, I really appreciate the attention to detail and the tasteful design throughout. The warm welcome we received from the reception clerk and the manager's personal interaction during breakfast made our stay truly memorable. The friendly lady at the buffet was also a delight, always ready to assist with a smile. We only wish we could have extended our stay to fully enjoy these wonderful amenities.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

This hotel was a great choice for exploring Houma. It was conveniently located as there was a restaurant within 400 feet. Our double room was well-equipped with a heating system, a coffeemaker, and a writing table. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.

Very nice room. If I was ever back that direction I would most definitely stay again. The lady that checked us in that evening was very polite and friendly.

When I tried to check out that morning the front desk clerk was eating in the break room. When I told I was ready to çheck out she didn't bother to get up and told me to leave the card on the desk and went back to eating.

All the staff were extremely great, nice. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with the extra amenities, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was excellent and the food was good.
